Shipping policy

Standard Delivery
We aim to dispatch all standard delivery orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) via Royal Mail. We offer Fully Tracked Deliveries for all our orders. Please allow at least 3-5 working days for delivery.

Express Delivery
Express shipping is available for orders placed before 12 pm (UK time), Monday to Friday, for next-working-day delivery. Our express service typically delivers within 1–2 working days. Delivery is an aim and cannot be guaranteed. The success rate of express shipping orders is 99% with us. National and bank holidays may affect express shipping.

Order Cut-Off Times
- Orders placed before 12 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), are dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 12 PM on Fridays will be dispatched the following Monday using your selected delivery method.
