Shipping policy
Standard Delivery
We aim to dispatch all standard delivery orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) via Royal Mail. We offer Fully Tracked Deliveries for all our orders. Please allow at least 3-5 working days for delivery.
Express Delivery
Express shipping is available for Mon – Thu till GMT 2 pm & Friday till GMT 1 pm to get the order for the next working day. Our express delivery service typically delivers within 1–2 working days. Please note that delivery is an aim, but it cannot be guaranteed. The success rate of express shipping orders is 99% with us. National Holidays & Bank Holidays may affect express shipping.
Order Cut-Off Times
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), are dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 3 PM on Fridays will be dispatched the following Monday using your selected delivery method
