Delivery & Returns Information

At Hair Lyft , we’re committed to ensuring that your order reaches you quickly and that you’re fully satisfied with your purchase. Please find below all the relevant information about our delivery options, return procedures, and refund policy.

Delivery Information

Standard Delivery
We aim to dispatch all standard delivery orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) via Royal Mail. We offer Fully Tracked Deliveries for all our orders. Please allow at least 3-5 working days for delivery.

Express Delivery
Express shipping is available for Mon – Thu till GMT 12 pm & Friday till GMT 1 pm to get the order for the next working day. Our express delivery service typically delivers within 1–2 working days. Please consider that it is an aim for delivery and cannot be guaranteed. The success rate of express shipping orders is 99% with us. National Holidays & Bank Holidays may affect express shipping.

Order Cut-Off Times

  • Orders placed before 12 PM Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) are dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after 1 PM on Fridays will be dispatched the following Monday using your selected delivery method

Returns & Exchange Policy

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to return any product within 14 working days of receipt for any reason, including a simple change of mind.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at support@hairlyft.com within the 14-day window, stating your order number and reason for return.

If you receive incorrect, damaged, or defective items, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to offer a replacement or refund upon inspection of the returned item(s).

We will respond to all queries within 5 working days.

How to Return Your Item(s)

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Products must be unused and kept in a resalable condition.
  • Refunds or exchanges will not be processed if the product has been tampered with or damaged by you or a third party.
  • Ensure to include your original invoice and a note detailing the reason for return.
  • We recommend obtaining a proof of postage, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
  • Please note that original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 30 days of cancellation notice. If an exchange is requested, it will be processed in the same timeframe.
